2024 Important Dates
(dates subject to change)
6/29 – Last camp at Kennedy Middle School **Physicals will be offered for $20**
7/15 – 7/18 Paperwork turn in dates AND Football Equipment Handout. 6pm-8pm at The Shack (Blossom
Heath). We will not be letting anyone in the Shack before 6pm. Final payments are due on your child’s
equipment day (Cheer final payments and complete registration packets are due during this week).
o Monday – Varsity (returning players 6pm-7pm, new players 7pm-8pm)
o Tuesday – Junior Varsity (returning players 6pm-7pm, new players 7pm-8pm)
o Wednesday – Freshman (returning players 6pm-7pm, new players 7pm-8pm)
o Thursday – Flag (returning players 6pm-7pm, new players 7pm-8pm)
o All paperwork must be turned in completed before a player will be allowed to receive equipment or practice;
this includes two copies of the players birth certificate and current physical. Incomplete paperwork will not
be accepted.
7/20 – Varsity Cedar Point Trip (Varsity Squads for Cheer and Football ONLY)
7/22 (6pm-8pm): First Practice of the season at Kennedy Middle School (Jefferson and Masonic).
o Football players report in shorts, t-shirt, and cleats (one piece molded, NO screw ins).
o Cheerleaders report in shorts, t-shirt and athletic shoes.
7/26 - Kickoff Family/Friends Picnic (Memorial Park). Further information will be given out regarding this
event. Food and Drink donations will be required from each squad, a SignUp Genius will go out.
8/9 – Night at the Races Fundraiser – 21+ ONLY, more info to come via FB and Band
o $50/person, includes open premium bar and full banquet-style meal
o This is a derby themed event and anyone is welcome! Feel free to invite friends and family members.
8/14 - CHEER Equipment Hand Out at the Shack *No Practice this day*
8/29 – Cheer Pool Party 6-8pm, Amber will send out more information regarding this later
11/8 – Raffle Tickets/Money must be turned in by this date
12/8 – End of Season Banquet 12pm - 5pm
Final Game Schedule is still TBD, but here is what we know as of now (this will be updated once we have final schedule
from ESFL):
8/24 first game weekend
Labor Day weekend will be off
Other dates will be added for scrimmages, etc as they are finalized and communicated with as much advance notice as
possible.
